José Augusto Cardoso is an industrial and operations professional, with a career developed in multinational and national companies in the following segments: Chemical, Pharmachemical and Food, as Industrial and Operations Director.

In companies such as National Salt Refinery (Sal Cisne); Croda do Brasil and Grupo LWART, he managed the areas of Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Quality and Safety. He coordinated industrial plant construction projects, process automation, introduction of Lean / SixSigma / TQM tools, implemented quality / safety systems and integrated S & OP process.

He has a degree in Chemical Engineering (UFF / RJ), a postgraduate degree in Industrial Administration (USP / SP) and a certificate in Business from Cranfield University in England.

Vitor Antonio Picini has been participating in Financial/Business Restructuring (turnaround) projects since 2018. He is CEO of the JPupin Group, considered the King of Cotton in the State of MT.

He was CFO of Tonon Bioenergia SA from 2013 to 2015. Previously, he worked on the restructuring process of Grupo Tavares de Melo, EBBA Alimentos, where he played the role of CFO. He developed his career in companies in the metallurgy, food, chemical, packaging, health, etc. sectors.

He has a degree in economics from Fundação Padre Anchieta, a postgraduate degree in Industrial Administration (USP / SP) and an MBA from FIPECAFI (USP / SP).
